HOLIDAYS:
The following is a list of scheduled holidays throughout the year, on which there will be no dance classes: Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Winter Break (2 weeks), Martin Luther King Day, February Break, April Break and Good Friday.
CANCELLATIONS:
Classes are canceled when Burlington Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather. In that event, please call the studio office line (781)273-9320. All decisions about canceled classes will be made by 1:00 pm. We allow for 2 cancellations per class. If needed, make up classes will be posted.
ANNUAL SHOW:Our annual spring recital is held in May. A costume will be required to perform in the show. A deposit per dance subject is
required in November, with balances due in January. Costume deposits are non-refundable. The annual show is an exciting experience for dancers and families. Presented as a professional performance. It is an opportunity for all of our dancers to experience music, lights, color and excitement. Our stage gives all of our dancers a place to shine.
TUITION AND BILLING
As in any private school, enrollment is considered to be for the entire season. You are charged a seasonal rate, which is divided into three equal tri-annual payments. Bills will be sent prior to the three due dates, September 1st, December 1st and March 1st. All unlimited students may pay on a monthly basis, with payments due on the 1st of each month. Bills will not be sent for monthly payments.
